This report presents an account of the implementation of a communications and stakeholder engagement programme under The PPCR Project - marine sub-component. While project research and site-level activities focused on six countries, namely, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the outputs produced have relevance and applicability across the wider region/ Caribbean.
