CRFM SPS Measures Manuals

This set of manuals cover several topics, including assurance of food safety conditions in capture fisheries, fish landing, and processing, as well as inspection and official control of Caribbean fishery products, food safety of aquaculture products, safety hazards, traceability, laboratory testing and laboratory quality assurance. Also included are guidelines and models on developing and implementing plans for applying HACCP in fishery production establishments and facilities, and CARIFORUM Protocols on Good Fish and Fishery Product Hygiene Practices. The manuals are available in English, Spanish, French Version, and Dutch.
